Supplies:

patterned papers, tag, alphabet tiles, vellum: Busy Scrapper’s Solution 4 Seasons Papers
Paper Pizazz® Square Slide Mount Treasures
foam tape

Instructions:

Use the blue floral paper as the background. Cut a 2 1/2”x12” strip of striped paper and glue it to the bottom of the page. Cut out the floral artwork border and glue just above the striped paper.
Mat the photos on pink mesh paper and glue to the page as shown.
Cut out alphabet tiles to spell “friends”. Add a strip of pink mesh paper to the top of the page, tucking the left side under the photo and wrapping the excess end around the back of the page. Add the alphabet tiles to the paper as shown using foam tape.
Cut out the floral artwork and add behind the slide mounts. Glue to the floral border as shown. Cut out the tag and trace or write journaling on it. Glue between the slide mounts. Tie three small strips of pink mesh paper into knots and glue to the top of each slide mount and tag.

A Tip From Paris:

I found that slide mounts serve as fabulous frames for the springtime floral art in the Busy Scrapper’s Solution 4 Seasons Papers collection. I simply placed the slide mounts over the floral cut-outs and glued one on each side of the tag to balance the layout. For a fun accent, I cut strips of pink mesh paper and tied knots in them—they look just like ribbon. I added one to the top of each slide mount and one to the top of the tag for a fun 3-D look.
