- Mat the 5"x7" photo on pink cardstock, leaving a 1/8" border. Mat again on white vellum, leaving a 1" border. Place the vellum mat on the foam pad, then position the template over it, with the flower design over a corner of the vellum. Use the retractable pick to pierce the design through the holes in the template. Repeat for the remaining 3 corners. Add a pierced scallop border to the edge of the vellum between the corners. Trim around the edges of the pierced design. Mat on the pink flourishes foil, leaving a 1/8" border.
- Apply green chalk to the leaves of the pierced flower motifs, and dark pink chalk to the blossoms. Attach crystals over the holes along the inside edge of the pierced design. Zot ribbon to lower edge of photo as shown. Glue the matted photo centered to the blue paisley foil background paper, 5/8" from the top.
- Computer print journaling or write by hand with the black pen on white vellum. Trim into a rectangle, leaving space at the lower right corner. Place the journaling block on the foam pad and pierce a flower design on the lower right corner. Mat on pink flourishes foil, leaving a thin border. Glue to the lower left portion of the page. Chalk the flower as on the photo mat. Write or computer print name and date on white vellum, then place on the foam pad. Position the template over the words, with the heart design centered over the words. Use the retractable pink to complete the heart design as shown, then trim around the heart and mat on pink flourishes foil. Glue matted heart to lower right corner of page. Embellish heart with a crystal sticker as shown.
