Best Buds

Supplies:
- Citrus Use 'Em for Anything papers
- Citrus Flowers
- Citrus Brad Pack
- Artsy ABCs Acrylic Stamps
- Fresh Berry Great Big Brads™
- white cardstock
- black pen
- black ink pad
- green ink pad
- 2"x6" Acrylic Block
- 3/4" Circle Punch
- glue stick
Instructions:
- Ink the edges of a sheet of yellow dotted paper black and place it with the colored blocks at the bottom. Ink the edges of a 10 1/2"x8 1/2" piece of teal texture paper and glue it to the top of the page. Ink the edges of a 9"x7 1/4" piece of pink texture paper and glue it centered on the teal paper. Add three lime brads evenly spaced across the top of the teal paper and three lime mini brads down the bottom right edge.
- Mat a 5"x7" photo on white cardstock, trim to 1/16" and ink the edges black. Glue the photo to the right side of the pink paper. Computer journal on the other sheet of yellow dotted paper, ink the edges and glue it in the bottom left corner of the pink paper. Stamp the photo subjects' names in green on yellow dotted paper and cut out individually. Ink the edges of each letter black, then glue them unevenly in the top left corner of the pink paper.
- Write the year below the bottom right corner of the teal paper. Stamp “{best buds}” in black below the teal paper, then stamp a green asterisk to the right.
- Stamp a green asterisk on yellow dotted paper and punch to a 3/4" circle. Ink the edges, then glue the circle to the top of a Great Big Brad™. Use the brad to attach layered green, teal and pink flowers in the bottom left corner of the page.

A tip from Susan:
When adding individual letter stamps to your acrylic block, you don't have to worry about lining them up perfectly–uneven letters make a playful look! If you do want them all lined up evenly, here's my trick: Place a piece of lined paper under your acrylic block, then line up the stamps along one of the paper's printed lines to ensure they're even.
