Instructions:

  1. Use a cosmetic sponge and the Metallic Copper StazOn® reinker bottle to sponge copper ink onto the spine and around all the edges of the album cover. Let dry. Press the flat heads of the metal posts into a Jet Black StazOn® ink pad until covered in black; let dry.
  2. Cut a 9"x9" piece of black cardstock and set it on scrap paper. Sprinkle the Bronze Encrusted Elements around the outer edge of the cardstock. Sprinkle some of the embossing powder and embossing enamel around the center as well. Carefully heat the piece from below, until all the embossing powder is melted. Tap off any bits that are unattached. Glue to the front of the album.
  3. Stamp five feathers with Metallic Copper StazOn® in a fan shape near the upper left corner as shown. Cut a 2"x1 3/4" piece of black cardstock and cover it with Metallic Copper StazOn®; let dry. Stamp "Let Your Dreams Take Flight" in the center with VersaMark™ ink. Use super fine black embossing powder and a heat tool to emboss the greeting. Cut 1/8" wide strips of copper off of the side of the Dazzles™ sheet and line the greeting with it, trimming as needed. Mat the greeting onto black cardstock with a 1/16" border. Foam tape to the album 2 3/4" from the left (including spine) and 1 3/4" from the top.
  4. Add Copper Jewel Dazzles™ at the ends of the feathers and in between them as shown. Replace metal posts into the spine when ready to assemble.

  • 8"x10 1/2" Kraft brown paper gift bag
  • Hot Pink tissue paper
  • Fancy Feather Ribbon set (link)
  • Dylusions Ink Sprays: White (link), Funky Fuchsia (link), & Calypso (link)
  • Picket Fence Distress paint (link)
  • Dark Peony Fluid Chalk ink pad (link)
  • White embossing paste (link)
  • plastic squeegee (link)
  • White cardstock (link)
  • small paintbrush
  • Craft sheet (link)
  • stencil tape (link)
  • foam tape (link)
  • acrylic block (link)
  • glue stick (link)
  • scissors (link)
  • craft knife (link) & cutting mat (link)
  • metal-edged ruler

Instructions:

  1. For the tag: Place tag shiny side down on a craft sheet. Spray the right half quickly with Funky Fuchsia. Spray the left with Calypso. Let dry. Use stencil tape to secure the feather stencil to the top left of the tag as shown. Scrape the white embossing paste through the stencil with a squeegee, using long, smooth strokes. Lift off the stencil. Repeat the process in the bottom left of the tag as shown. Let dry completely.
  2. Once dry, the embossing paste will have absorbed some of the ink so will appear transparent. To make it more opaque, apply a thin coat of Picket Fence Distress Paint using a small brush, and let dry. Stamp "Thinking of You" on white cardstock and cut out. Cut a “V” in the left end and ink the edges. Foam tape to the tag even with the right edge and 2 3/4" from the bottom, as shown.
  3. For the bag: Place bag front side up on craft sheet. Spray generously with White Dylusion ink and let dry (a heat gun can speed up the process). Place the feather stencil on the upper left corner and tape scrap paper on all sides of the stencil to protect the rest of the bag from ink. Spray Funky Fuchsia ink through the stencil. Remove stencil and let dry for a bit. Repeat 3 more times as shown. Clean the stencil with a paper towel, then create 4 Calypso feathers on the bag as shown. Let dry.
  4. Tie the tag to the bag in a bow with 1/4" wide hot pink metallic ribbon.

Supplies:

  • Feathers Stencil & Stamp Set
  • Fancy Feathers Double-Sided paper pack (link)
  • 3/4" wide pink crepe ribbon
  • Metallic Silver embossing paste (link)
  • Mini squeegee (link)
  • Spoonful of Silver Embossing Powder & Elements (link)
  • White Super Fine embossing powder (link)
  • Acrylic block (link)
  • VersaMark™ ink pad (link)
  • heat gun (link)
  • 6 ½” x 5” blank white card (link)
  • stencil tape (link)
  • Tacky Glue (link)
  • glue stick (link)
  • detail scissors
  • craft knife (link) & cutting mat (link)
  • metal-edged ruler

Instructions:

  1. Place the card with the fold on the left. Cover the card front with Fancy Feathers green paper. Cut two 5"x1/2" strips of Fancy Feathers dark blue paper. Stamp over both with the feather stamp using VersaMark™ ink. Sprinkle super fine white embossing powder and tap off excess. Emboss using a heat tool. Mat both strips onto pink, leaving a 1/16" border along the top and bottom. Glue across the top and bottom of the card, 1/8" from the top and bottom edges, as shown.
  2. Cut 3"x2 1/2" of Fancy Feathers dark blue swirl paper. Stamp and emboss "Let Your Dreams Take Flight" in the center with white super fine embossing powder. Glue to the center of the card.
  3. Secure the feather stencil to pink paper with stencil tape on all sides. Open the metallic silver embossing paste and scoop out a small amount with a palette knife and spread it onto the stencil, trying to avoid getting it under any part. Scrap the paste across the top of the stencil with long, smooth strokes. Remove the stencil carefully. With a small spoon, sprinkle a tiny bit of "Spoonful of Silver" glitter onto the feather. Repeat this process with another piece of pink paper, then twice on purple paper. Let dry overnight. Cut around each of the shapes, leaving about a 1/8" border around each. Glue around the greeting in a square arrangement as shown, overlapping slightly at the corners. Tie a knot with 3/4" wide pink crepe ribbon and Zot™ to the top right of the frame as shown.

  • Fluid Chalk ink pads: Lavender (link), Sea Crystal (link), & Lime Pastel
  • Ultra Smooth white cardstock (link)
  • Violet Suede paper (link)

Instructions:

  1. Place the card with the fold on the top. Trace the card onto a piece of Ultra Smooth white cardstock and cut out. Set aside the blank card. Place the cardstock onto some scrap paper while you stamp. Begin with Lime Pastel ink and the solid feather stamp. Stamp 4 feathers equidistant from each other in a fan arrangement at the bottom of the card as shown. Clean your stamp, then stamp the same shape in between each green feather with Sea Crystal ink. Stamp over the Sea Crystal feathers with the detailed feather stamp and Lavender ink. Stamp the detail feather stamp twice onto scrap paper and cut out. This will be your mask shapes for the rest of the stamping. Take the detail feather stamp and ink it up with Sea Crystal ink. Mask off two adjacent feathers (green and lavender). Stamp a blue feather to the right of each green feather. Then, stamp a lavender detailed feather to the left of every green feather. Using the feather shaped masks, fill in the rest of the card with green and blue feathers. Glue the stamped cardstock to the front of the card.
  2. Glue a 6 1/2"x1" strip of Violet Suede paper across the card 1/4" from the top. Cut 3 3/4"x5/8 white cardstock and stamp "Don't Let Life Ruffle Your Feathers" and two swirls on either side in Lavender. Cut a “V” in each end and mat on green paper with a 1/16" border. Foam tape along the violet strip, 1/2" from the left.
  3. Place small diamonds from the Purple Jewel Border Dazzles along the center of the Violet Suede strip as shown. Place 5 additional Jewel Borders along the card as shown.
