What will you do with the personal information you collect from me and my order?
We will keep your information on a secure computer system in order to contact you if there is a problem with your order or if we have to credit your account. We may mail you sales information. We will not email you unless you request emails from us on new product releases. Click here to be included on our new product email list.

I cant find the product I am looking for. How can I search for it?
You can search by entering a word or words in the box in our top menu bar. You can search our site for a product type or a unique characteristic. The resulting list will show you the products name and type. By selecting (clicking on) the product name in the list you will be able to link directly to the named products. Handling orders for items that are not available-either temporarily or out-of-print?
New items that arent shipping yet or items that are temporarily out of stock will be shipped to you when theyre available. Your money will be refunded for items that are sold out just prior to filling your order and will not be reprinted.

Returns and Exchanges?
Every Herrschners order will arrive with an itemized invoice. To return or exchange any or all of the items from your order, complete the return instructions on the backside of this invoice and either affix the return label or mail to:
