How do I know if ordering online is secure?
All your personal information, including your name, credit card and address are entered on our secure server. Click here for complete security information.

What will you do with the personal information you collect from me and my order?
We will keep your information on a secure computer system in order to contact you if there is a problem with your order or if we have to credit your account. We may mail you sales information. We will not email you unless you request emails from us on new product releases. Click here to be included on our new product email list.

I don't live in the United States. Can I order through your web site?
Of course! Simply order with a shopping cart. We can show your total product charges in the shopping cart formbut because it's difficult to accurately calculate international shipping costs on the web, we can't show what your shipping charges will be. Your shipping costs will be calculated at the time the order is shipped and then your credit card will be charged for the cost of the product and the shipping.

I can't find the product I am looking for. How can I search for it?
You can search by entering a word or words in the box in our top menu bar. You can search our site for a product type or a unique characteristic. The resulting list will show you the product's name and type. By selecting (clicking on) the product name in the list you will be able to link directly to the named products. Handling orders for items that are not available-either temporarily or out-of-print?
New items that aren't shipping yet or items that are temporarily out of stock will be shipped to you when they're available. Your money will be refunded for items that are sold out just prior to filling your order and will not be reprinted.

Why can I only order Disney in certain countries?
Our current licensing agreement with Disney limits sales of Disney Paper Pizazz and other Hot Off The Press Disney products to the United States and Canada. We apologize for any disappointment!

Returns and Exchanges?
If you find a problem with your purchase, call Customer Service at 1-800-753-7422, 8:00am to 5:00pm, PDT for exchange or return information. For proper credit, items should be packed so there is no damage during return shipment to us. Please enclose the original packing slip and briefly explain the reason for the return. Please indicate if you would like a replacement, exchange, or credit.

When can I expect my order?
We will ship in stock merchandise within 2 to 4 business days.

Do you have an angel policy?
As long as each piece of paper, embellishment, surface or stamp set is purchased, you can use them to make items to sell. BUT none of the Disney items such as patterned papers or Punch-Outs may be used in any manner other than for personal use.
