Designer Tip: Emboss the label frame with two layers of Ultra High embossing powder for a thick metal look.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Card front: Open a blank card, pop out the label from the front panel and place with the cut out front panel on your left. Cover the left and right panels with Roses & Lace green lace border/grey background paper, keeping the border art on the bottom edge. Turn your card over and use the X-acto knife to trace along the cut edges of the inner frame, to release the paper on the front. Turn your card over, ink all cut edges with Black Cherry and fold closed, as shown.
  2. Swipe the large label frame die-cut with VersaMark™, dust with gold embossing powder and set with the heat gun. Emboss a second time, then mat on burgundy suede paper with a 1/16” border and foam tape over the front panel opening. Place scroll Dazzles™ on opposite edges of the frame. Place straight scrolls off the edges of the four card corners and cut even with the card edges.
  3. Place a small rose Dazzles™ on suede and cut the suede even with the edges of the Dazzles™, backing the Dazzles™. Foam tape as shown on the frame. Back two small butterfly Dazzles™ on suede and Zot™ as shown, lifting the wings.
  4. Card inside: Cover the medium frame die-cut with suede and foam tape centered on your card (check to be sure it is centered in the opening of the front panel). Ink a 3”x1” pink lace paper with Black Cherry and use to back the “Lovely” Dazzles™. Foam tape across the suede label frame. Back a small butterfly with suede and foam tape at the top left. Place scroll Dazzles™ as shown.
