“Believe” glitter card

Designer Tip: Clean the stencil of dimensional paint immediately after each use to prevent build up of paint.

Instructions:
- Place the card fold at the top. Cover the card with blue star paper. Mat a 5”x3 1/2” light blue rectangle with dark blue paper, leaving a 1/8” wide border. Center on the card front and glue a blue ribbon length across the card, 2” from the top.
- Cut a 4”x3” dark blue rectangle. Use stencil tape to secure the stencil to the rectangle. Apply clear dimensional paint over the stencil using the applicator. Remove stencil and clean. While paint is wet, sprinkle first the gold to only the “believe” area and remove excess glitter and then apply silver to the star area. Remove excess and let dry.
- Mat the rectangle with navy blue paper, leaving a 1/8” wide border. Secure silver mini brads to the corners and glue to the center of the light blue rectangle. Glue a navy bow to the top center.
