Instructions:

  1. Use the circle template to cut out one 5 blue circle for the lid and eight 4 circles: four solid blue and four dot circles, for the sides. Ink the edges and overlap the smaller circles and secure the brads before gluing to the pail sides.
  2. Embellish with Dazzle stickers that are lined with white cardstock and colored with ink pens. Knot ribbon lengths on the handle and embellish a tag cut-out with mitten Dazzles tie to the handle with ribbon.
