Designer Tip: Celebrate your Irish heritage by creating this wonderful clover (shamrock) page border. It would also work well as a border on a vertical card. Secure the overlay to the background paper by hiding adhesive behind the green border paper.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Place the Heritage overlay on the brown document paper. Cut an 8 1/2 x 12 strip from the green border paper. Ink the long edges brown and glue 2 3/4 from the top of the page.
  2. Mat the 5x7 vintage photo (includes border) with green suede paper, leaving a 1/4 wide border. Glue 5/8 from the top of the page and 2 from the right side. Journal on the tag cut-out and foam tape to the bottom edge of the photo.
  3. Trace 5 clovers to the back of the green suede paper. Trace 4 onto vellum dot paper. Cut out and fold and glue one green clover, with stem, to the upper left photo corner. Evenly space the remaining 4 green and 4 velum clovers along the lace border at the bottom of the page.
