Designer Tip: To avoid bubbles, do not shake the clear lacquer and poor over the gem particles slowly.

Instructions:

  1. Apply 3D crystal lacquer on the bottom of the black jewelry pendant and sprinkle Gem Particles. Let dry.
  2. Slowly apply the lacquer over the gems and fill to the top edge of the pendant. Let dry and apply the Dazzle to the surface. Thread with a ribbon.
  3. For silver jewelry pendants, paint the inside of the pendant black, let dry and repeat above directions.
