Designer Tips: I used a large frame for my background and a small frame for journaling.
- Place the point of the frame at the top back of the tan dot paper and trace 2/3 of the shape. Cut out a mat with black cardstock, leaving a 1/8 wide border. Glue to the top of a 12"x12" dark brown cardstock. Secure red brads at each of the 3 points of the frame.
- Cut a 3x12 strip of brown striped paper and glue to the bottom of the brown cardstock. Mat a 12x1 5/8 strip of red dot paper with black cardstock, leaving a 1/8 wide border and glue at the top of the striped border and overlapping the bottom edge of the frame. Adhere chipboard letters to the right side of the red border and secure black brads at each side of the red border.
- Mat a 6x4 photo with red and black cardstocks, leaving 1/8 wide borders. Glue to the left side of the frame. Journal and print onto ivory cardstock and trace the small 3 frame around the text and cut out. Ink the edges brown and mat with black cardstock and glue to the photos top right corner. Secure red flowers with tan brads below the journaling.
