Instructions:

  1. Squeeze a thin layer of 3-D Crystal lacquer into the bottom of the black rectangle pendant.
  2. Use a piece of scrap cardstock to mask off the bottom portion of the pendant and sprinkle orange/red particles into the lacquer. Mask off the top portion and apply orange/red to the bottom. Mask off the top and bottom and apply green to the center.
  3. Let dry and apply lacquer over the top of the particles to seal them. Let dry.
  4. Apply a tiny gold dragonfly Dazzle to the green portion with a orange crystal placed on top. Thread with ribbon.
