Instructions:

  1. Cut out the 1" "Dream" overlay square and the 1" pink Eiffel tower art square. Use your finger to spread a very thin layer of Tacky glue over the paper square as well as the overlay square, and let them dry.
  2. Glue the paper square inside the center of the necklace. Use a glue stick to glue the overlay over the paper square. Add a small amount of Diamond Glaze, then tip it to spread the glaze evenly over the top. Let it dry in a flat position.
