Floral Wishes Fold-it Flower card
By LeNae Gerig |
Supplies:
Instructions:
- Use a pencil to trace the flower shape and fold lines onto the back of the pink floral paper. Cut out. Pre-fold the petals, according to the template instructions. Erase any pencil lines from the inside of the card. Use the template and green pen to trace spirals onto the white inner petals. Remove the template and fill in the missing portions by hand. Place a dot on the beginning of each spiral.
- Use the template to mark the hole at the center of the card; punch with a 1/16” punch or the tip of your craft knife. Write your sentiment on the inside of the card. Fold the petals according to the template instructions.
- Trace the mini flower template onto the back of the green striped paper and cut out. Fold according to the template instructions. Punch or cut a hole in the center of the mini flower. Erase the pencil lines. Secure the mini flower to the center of the large flower using a pink flower brad. Be sure to leave enough room to between the brad and the paper so it is easy to open and close the card.
- For the tag: Cut out a small green tag from the floral paper tag sheet. Stamp a sentiment across the center. Punch a hole at the top of the tag and hang from the center with floss.

LeNae's Tip:
Want an easy way to spruce up the inside of your giant folding cards? Trace the fold lines in the center of the template on a coordinating paper. Cut out, write a greeting and glue to the card center before adding the brad. This makes the inside really stand out!
