Happy Thanksgiving pizza box
By Laura Nicholas |
Supplies:
Instructions:
- Paint the box while it is flat with brown paint. When paint is dry, fold the box according to the package instructions, and paint the inside.
- Cut two 3 1/4" squares of the plaid paper and ink the edges. Adhere one to the top of the box and one inside the box.
- Trace two Cherry Blossoms, a Sweetheart Star and a Doubel-Petal Flower from the template using the burgundy paisley paper. Cut out and fold shapes according to the template instructions. Ink the edges and add brads to the centers. Attach to the box as shown.
- For the leaves under the flowers, trace one Double-Petal Flower and one Cherry Blosssom onto patterned paper. Cut out one or two “petals” and ink the edges. Adhere under the flowers and add to the box with foam tape.
- Print journaling on two tags and ink. Add the large tag inside the box with a Cherry Blossom. Adhere a bow to the top of the tag with Zots™. Add the small tag to the top of the box under one of the flowers.
- Wrap the box with sheer ribbon and tie in a bow. Cut 2"x2" square of plaid paper and ink the edges. Attach to the bottom of the box over the ribbon, to hold it in place.

Laura's Tip:
Use this little pizza box as a small card to invite a family friend to dinner. Wrap the box with ribbon for a closure but be careful where you place your embellishments, make sure the lid can still be opened once the bow is untied.
