Designer Tips: This adorable bunny ornament is easy to make and is the perfect Easter decoration or gift for a friend!
- Using the Hoppy Easter stamp, stamp the bunny on white cardstock. Color in with Spectrum Noir #137 Medium Pink. Outline with #8 Rose Pink, then color another layer with Medium Pink to blend the two shades. Glue the bunny to white cardstock to reinforce and cover the bleed-through. Cut out the bunny. Fold a 1 1/2"x3/4" piece of cardstock in half and glue to the back of the bunny so 1/8" sticks off the bottom.
- Place a 1/2" square of foam tape along the bottom of the tab, with 1/4" sticking off the bottom. Stick this piece to the bottom of one half of the clear ball. Add about a tablespoon of Spring Meadow Flower Soft into the half of the ball. Place another 1/2" square of foam tape on the backside of the bunny, with 1/4" going off the bottom. Fold the foam tape up about 90 degrees and attach the second half of the clear ball. You may need to adjust the foam tape to get the bunny to stand at the right angle.
- Cut four 6" pieces of light green Memory Thread. Tie all 4 through the loop in a knot and curl the ends around a cut-off Q-Tip. String 12" of Icy Rainbow pink grosgrain through the loop and tie in a bow, leaving a loop to hang. Zot the bow to the top of the ball with the loop above it.
- Add a variety of sizes of pink flower Dazzles all around your ball without covering the bunny.
