Designer's Tip: You can easily personalize your Papier Tole music sheet by lightly adhering the #1 piece, with the music sheet, over computer text and then hand feeding the computer paper back through the printer to print the text in the blank area.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Place the card fold on the top, Cover the card with black cardstock. Ink the edges of a 6" x 4 1/2" piece of tan handwritten paper. Secure 3 black mini brads to the top right corner. Glue the paper to the card front.
  2. Glue a length of ribbon across the card 3/4" from the bottom. Use the sanding block to lightly sand the edges of the monogram letters to remove the paper tabs and provide a distressed look. Glue, overlapped, on the left side of the card. Glue a white sheer ribbon to the top of the "h."
  3. Write or stamp "Happy Birthday To You!" on the blank portion of the music sheet Papier Tole. Assemble the music sheet Papier Tole with foam tape and glue to the right side of the card.
  4. Inside: Mat a 1 1/2"x 4 3/4" piece of brown tile paper with black cardstock and glue to the left side of the card inside back. Write "My dear friend" on white cardstock and cut into a thin strip. Mat with black cardstock and glue to the right side of the border. Glue a knotted ribbon length to the left side. Glue an "extra art" music Papier Tole below.
