Let's Talk Phone Card By Gail Booth
Designer Tip: Heat set the pigment ink with a heat tool to keep the ink from "bleeding" when using the pens.
Supplies:
Instructions:
- Place your card with the fold on the left. Ink the edges rose coral. Glue a 4 3/4"x6 1/4" scallop paper on center. Cut a 9 1/2"x3/8" red dot paper and glue a 9 1/2" length of ribbon down the center. Cut the strip in half and glue 1/16" from the upper and lower edges of your paper.
- Stamp the little girl image on the cardstock with pigment ink and stamp "...I miss you" below her. Use the following pens to color in the image: phone - IG3 & FS9, dress - PP2 & LY2, hair - FS9 & LY3, girl - TN1 & FS9, chair - LY3 & LY1. Use the template to trace the bracket label around the image and cut out. Ink the edges rose and mat on red dot with a 1/16" border. Tie a length of ribbon around the lower part of the label and foam tape onto the card.
- Stamp "Lets Talk" on cardstock, trace the mini vintage sign around the image and cut out. Ink the edges rose, mat on red dot with a 1/16" border and foam tape at an angle, as shown.
