Just to say I love you

Designer's Tip: Color in the cute stamped images with Spectrum pens, then decorate your card with Red Jewel Border Dazzles for added sparkle.
- 1) Card Front: Place your card with the fold on top. Cover with Red Velvet brown textured paper. Cut a 5 1/2"x4 1/2" Red Velvet red/black dotted paper centered on the card front. Cut a 1" wide strip from Red Velvet flowers/swirls striped paper and glue even with the bottom edge. Add Red Jewel Border Dazzles along the red/black dotted paper edges, trimming to fit. Add Jewel Border Dazzles along top and bottom edges of the flowers/swirls striped paper strip.
- 2) Stamp the bear image on Red Velvet ivory/tan textured paper. Stamp "I (heart) you" centered on the paper the bear is holding. Place the Bookplate Label shape from the Design Tool Kit centered over the bear, making sure you have space to stamp "Just to say..." to the left of the bear. Trace around the edges of the shape and cut it out. Mat on Red Velvet brown paper with 1/16" borders. Stamp "Just to say..." to the left of the bear with black ink.
- 3) Color the bear with Spectrum Noir pens, using the blender pen as needed. Add Red Jewel Border Dazzles to the label on the right of the bear, trimming edges evenly. Foam tape the label centered on the red/black dotted paper on the card front. Use 1/4" wide black metallic ribbon to tie a bow and Zot to the label as shown.
