Designer’s Tip: Die-cut shapes can easily be made into cards by extending the edge of the die cut over the edge of the card fold by about 1/4". Don't forget to cover the inside of the card before you cut around the die-cut, close to the edge, on the outside of card.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Card Front: Place your card with the fold on the left. Glue the large cake die-cut to the card front with the left edge of the cake extending over the fold by 1/4”. Glue Happy Days red dot paper to the inside of the card and cut around the cake through both layers of the card.
  2. Foam tape the large star die-cut to the top of the cake and the “Happy Birthday” banner die-cut to the bottom right. Foam tape the blue bow die-cut over the bow on the cake. Inside: Glue the “You can never…” tag to the card and glue the small star die-cut to the top of the tag.
