Designer's Tip: Use the pencil to lightly draw in the areas of "love" that overlap "PEACE" on the Joy Tree. Draw the bottom point of the star on the top of the letter "O" in "JOY. Draw the bottom and top areas of "HOPE" and the bottom of "JOY". Use Post-it notes to mask the areas that will be different colors or metal leaf as you are inking the words (front only). Use the sky blue ink to color "JOY", the merlot ink to color "HOPE", and the bottom bar of the tree; the moss green to color "PEACE", and baby blue to color "love". Use a cosmetic sponge to blend a small amount of dune ink on top of "PEACE" to adjust the moss green color. Color the outside of the base for the tree with merlot ink. Sprinkle clear embossing powder evenly over the inked words, bar, and base, and heat to melt with the heat gun. Add a second layer if needed for coverage. Use the paint brush to apply FlitterGlu to the front of the star, the horizontal bar between "JOY" and "HOPE", and between "HOPE" and "PEACE". Wash the brush with soap and water. Add silver metal leaf to the areas of FlitterGlu. Use a cosmetic sponge to remove the excess metal leaf. Repeat this process for the top of the bar below "love". Paint the sides and inside edges of all the letters plus the back of the tree with white paint. Let dry. Zot flowers on the left side of the tree between "PEACE" and "love" as shown. Tie a silver bow and Zot on the right side of the tree between "HOPE" and PEACE". Add Silver Jewel Dazzles across the bottom front of the base. Place the tree inside the base and display.
