Designer Tip: Swipe a marker onto an acrylic block or craft sheet, then use the blender pen to pick up the ink and apply to the bottom edges of the cloud Dazzles™. This gives a graduated, blending coloring, as the ink is slowly used up and only the clear blender solution remains. You can also use the blender pen to remove ink from the colored images, for highlights.

  1. Cover your card with suede paper Tie white ribbon 1 ½” from the bottom of 6 3/8”x4 7/8” holographic paper, with a bow on the right, and glue on center.
  2. Ink the edges of 3 ½”x4 ½” Ultra Smooth white cardstock, then place the girl, cloud and raindrop Dazzles™ as shown. Color in the images and blend as shown. Mat on suede with a 1/16” border and place ¼” from the left. Repeat the process using 2 ¼”x2 3/8” cardstock and the “You Can’t Have a Rainbow…” Dazzles™. Glue as shown.
