Time to Commence Card

Designer Tip: Combine the images in a separated collage panels for added interest.



  1. Card front: Place a blank card with the fold on your left and cover with mocha suede paper. Stamp small gears in black at the upper left corner of 4 7/8”x6 3/8” Stolen Moments teal/brown flourish paper and a small corner gear flourish at the bottom right corner. Tie two lengths of brown twine 2” from the bottom and tie a bow on the left. Glue the piece centered on your card.
  2. Place 7”x6” white cardstock on your craft sheet and use the stylus to apply the two distress Inks randomly on the cardstock. Use circular motions with the stylus to blend the colors and leave a little white between some areas. Spray the paper with water and use the paint brush to drop large spatters of both distress paints across the wet cardstock. Allow the colors to pool, then blot with a crumpled paper towel to absorb the excess. Spatter with smaller dots of both paints and let dry. Use the marbled cardstock for the following steps.
  3. Stamp the hanging lights on 3 ½”x3 ½” marbled cardstock, as shown. Stamp extra chain above the lights on the right. Mat on suede with a 1/16” border and glue ¼” from the upper right corner of your card. Stamp the clock w/hat on 2 7/8”x5” marbled cardstock, mat on suede with a 1/16” border and foam tape ¼” from the bottom left corner of your card. Stamp “Time to Commence…” on 1 ½”x1 ½
