  1. Trim your card to a 5" square and cover with red patterned paper. Cut a blue/white snowflakes square, mat on white, and glue it centered on the card. Mat a striped paper rectangle on brown and glue it centered across the card. Use the cutting dies and die cutting machine to cut a 3" tan scalloped circle, a 3 1/4" red circle, a 3 3/4" brown scalloped circle, a 1 1/4" white circle, and a 1 1/2" blue scalloped circle.
  2. Stamp the snowman image centered on the tan scalloped circle with brown ink. Stamp the same image each on a piece of red patterned paper, blue patterned paper and tan paper. Cut out the pieces of the snowman's scarf, hat, heart, and mittens from the various papers and foam tape onto the tan scalloped circle image as shown. Cut out the carrot nose from the second tan image and foam tape in place. Color the nose with the #115 pencil and smooth the color with a wet brush.
  3. Squeeze the Effect Snow onto the snowman image, filling in the body, head, and ball for the hat. Use a toothpick to spread the snow into the tight spaces as needed, and to help avoid covering the eyes, mouth, and strings for the mittens. Add a line of snow on each side of the base of the snowman as shown. Let dry.
  4. Foam tape the snowman scalloped circle centered on the red circle, then glue it centered on the brown scalloped circle. Glue it centered on the card. Add dots of Effect snow on the brown scalloped circle and let dry. Stamp "Warmest Holiday Wishes" centered on the white circle and foam tape it centered on the blue scalloped circle. Glue as shown. Zot brown bow in place.
