Designer’s Tip: I backed the metal flowers with paper so color shows through the open spaces for pretty contrast.

  1. Front: Trim the blank card to a 5” square and place with the fold at the top. Cover the card with green/pink roses and lace border paper with the border at the bottom. Cut out a 6” length of the light green lace border from remaining paper and glue it even with the top edge of the card, trimming sides evenly. Ink the edges of the card black.
  2. Use the Two Oval Doilies & Mats Cutting Dies and your die cutting machine to cut a large doily from Roses & Lace light pink paper, a small doily from Roses & Lace light green paper, and a small mat from Roses & Lace dark pink paper. Glue the light pink doily centered on the card. Foam tape the dark pink mat centered on the light pink doily. Stamp “You make me Smile” centered on the light green doily with black ink. Glue the stamped doily centered on the dark pink mat on the card.
  3. Place two metal flowers on Roses & Lace dark pink paper, and a third on Roses & Lace light pink paper. Trim evenly around the edges of each flower. Zot™ the dark pink flowers on the left side of the light pink doily, with the light pink flower foam taped between them. Use 1/8” wide green grosgrain ribbon to tie a bow. Zot™ the bow on the bottom of the small doily and mat as shown. Place Silver Jewel Dazzles™ along the scalloped edge of the light pink doily as shown.
