Designer Tip:
You can make 2 horizontal and 2 vertical cards from 1 sheet of 12x12 patterned paper (see diagram). Papers with intricate patterns at the corners and along the edges work really well for multiple cards from 1 sheet of paper. To prevent the prongs from the brads from showing though on the inside of the card, cut the patterned paper smaller than the card front and secure the brads to the paper before gluing to the card front.

Supplies:

  • 5”x 6 1/2” blank white card
  • Vintage Roses Paper Pack
  • Vintage Roses Ribbons
  • Chocolate Flowers
  • 2 gold mini brads
  • Dazzles™Greetings gold
  • Dazzles™ Transfer Sheet
  • Aqua cardstock

Instructions:

  1. Cover the card with aqua cardstock, or simply make a card from aqua cardstock. Cut the patterned paper into a 4 3/4” x 6 1/4” rectangle and secure the flowers to the card using gold mini brads. Glue the paper to the center of the card front.
  2. Wrap a length of sheer black dot ribbon around the card front and tie a knot near the top of the card. Trim the tails to 3/4” long.
  3. Use a transfer sheet to apply the Dazzles™ words “Thinking of you” to the lower right corner.
