First, let me congratulate you on your win. Your heritage pages are just so beautiful.
Second, thanks for your encouragement and helpful tip about making heritage pages. Yes, the picture is sepia.

Heather - I've been to Algonquin at least 4 times. Twice on a week long wilderness trip, once with my girls to help out getting people equipped for trips and took a day trip into the park and once because I needed to get away and have some peace and quiet. It is so beautiful there.

Heather, the cars are the Vintage Car Dazzles here. I love them!

I was remembering my first wilderness trip into Algonquin Provincial Park the night we were camping on Radiant Lake, the sun was setting, and the dragon flies came out. It was just so peaceful.

Thanks for the great comments on my cards. As for the steady hand, those are liquid pearls, those are stacked rose dazzles. My hand is not that steady.

Hi Heather. I'm just wondering where in our beautiful country do you live? In friendship, Rhonda

Hi! Thanks for your comments on my cards... to answer your question about where I find my images for my cards.. I find them all over.. I have a few CD's and I find some from the net.. but I have to be careful about copyrights.. but I don't sell my cards or the images so I have few problems.. Thanks again...

I'm glad you liked my heritage pages. I did something like 317 pages in all - and that doesn't cover much more of my Dad's life than his birth. So - lots more to do there (since he's now in his mid 70's!) And I haven't even started on my Mother's side of the family or my husband's! So, lots more to do. Thanks for the inspiration to get back to it.
