Just had an idea for Paulette And Tech Support

I was thinking that maybe a podcast, webisode, or video instruction posted on web page that introduces the Blog And The Customer Gallery and includes some basic instructions for uploading and commenting MIGHT take some of the Technology Intimidation out of these useful applications. You might also inspire the less tech savvy to look into Digital products by de-mystifying these sharing sites. Just a thought. Thanks for providing these sites, I enjoy sharing and am inspired and encouraged by others' sharing.

You know, if PW doesn't want to do it, perhaps one of us who are more technically savvy might record something and post it on their own blog, then provide a link here? Hopefully, though, PW will use your suggestion!

I might think about doing some if the folks at PW don't mind. I've done software tutorials before for work.

What an excellent idea. I for one am not into the blogging so get totally lost and frustrated when it comes to forums etc. takes a few days for me to figure things out. good suggestion LindaH61. lew

Well... I was hoping to have something done by now but life keeps getting in the way. I will make some videos as soon as I install the appropriate software and find time to record them. The screen recording software I have only creates flash videos, which won't work for iPad users.
Until then, be sure to check out the forum help page here:

There is a lot of excellent information and it's very well written so you can understand it (i.e. not too much geek-speak).
