Newsletter subscriptions
 
I am having an ongoing problem receiving my newsletters. I have been a customer of Paper Wishes for 4 or 5 years and have been signed up to receive all the newsletters. About 4 months ago, I stopped receiving the newsletters so I checked my account and all the my selections were blank so I signed up again. I received about 2 newsletters and then nothing. Checked my account and once again, all my selections were blank. This has happened several times. I have written for help and only received one response. Is there something that I need to do on my end to resolve this issue? I hate missing notifications and inspiration. PLEASE HELP!

I would definitely get in touch with Houston here an the MB. Sounds like something he could fix if it's related to their computers messing up your info. Customer service is good but sometimes my messages get lost in the shuffle so I would stay on them until you hear back. Good luck to you!

Hi Jamobuck,

I checked the records for your email address.

It looks like on 2013-09-03 we received a complaint from your email provider of spam to your email account. This can happen if an email is marked as spam or blocked. If you have another person sharing your email account, you may want to let them know you are expecting emails from us.

From then on, it looks like we have had 6 additional failures to deliver your email that caused your email address to be unsubscribed from our list each time.

I will add you the email list again, but you may want to take these additional steps:

1. Add insidescoop@mailer.hotp.com to your address book.
2. Make sure your inbox is not full and you have plenty of room to receive emails. (You may need to login to your webmail and check)
3. Make sure NOT to mark emails from insidescoop@mailer.hotp.com as spam. It can cause additional failed deliveries.

Thank you for your suggestion - I hope this does the trick! If I marked Paper Wishes on accident as spam, it was a HUGE mistake! I LOVE every newsletter I get from you.
