Question PW home page

When I log into the home page and click on "my account", I am not able to see more than my info (name and email). I am not able to click on any of the other tabs. I wanted to look at my past orders to make sure I wasn't ordering a duplicate of something and nothing happened. Am I missing a step?
Thanks

Just a few quick questions for you:

What operating system are you using?
What internet browser are you using?

We can try to figure out how to permanently fix the problem you are having if we have a little more info.

You can also try going to this link to see if it will bring up the info you are looking for:

Sorry, it took so long for me to answer. I am on Windows XP and IE version 6. The other computer I use is Windows 2000.
Thanks...:O)

Oops! That would be the problem. We are currently supporting IE7, IE8, Firefox and Safari. Internet Explorer has changed so much that is very difficult to get a site to work or look correct in both IE6 and IE8.

We tried to do a quick fix for the problem in IE6, but it caused additional problems and it still did not work the way it was intended. Would it be possible to install Firefox or update your version of IE on your Windows XP machine? I don't think Windows 2000 will allow you to install IE7 or IE8.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
