Default January Die

I just received the new butterflies die today, Saturday January 18th and it is awesome. Now I have to make some things with it. Did you get yours and how do you like it?

Kathleen

Kathleen, I don't get the die personal shopper kits. But I'd love to see what you've made with this die. I love butterflies. I can't wait for spring when they return to my area. Judi

I got mine. I have to say they are great, but I am not much into butterflys. I may find a use for it someday.... Can't wait to see how you use yours Kathleen!
God bless

I got mine but haven't had the chance to play yet. They do look like the will make beautiful butterflies.

Haven't received mine yet, no mail tomorrow so hopefully Tuesday. But then, of course, I have to go to work.

They do look beautiful - hopefully will play with them today. I have a much smaller set of butterfly dies (which I can't find), but these are a great addition.

Received mine today, had a meeting tonight so no chance to play yet. I'm hoping at least for this coming weekend. I'm not sure about next months die however, not sure I would ever use a cake die.

I'm e-mailing Debbie Samples to not send the cake die - I can't see myself using it either. It seems a little cartoony to me - not my style.

I'm not a butterfly person either - may send this one to my sister. But I do like the cake one coming up, at least at first look - will have to see how it looks in real life I guess!

Here's a card I made with the butterfly dies. After working with them - I really like them, they cut easily. I swapped the innies from the 2 smaller ones so I didn't have to cut a mat for them. I used a stencil and Distress Inks as well as a few Jewel Dazzles. The left side of the card was made from the ink leftover on the stencil when I was done. I sprayed it lightly with water and put white cardstock on top and rubbed. I love the look!
