Forgive me for not posting in a while. I've been struggling...unfortunately I've gained again. I'm up to 214!! Arrrgggh! Stress eating....and I got sugar in my system around Easter time. No one can tell me that sugar is not addictive! I should know better - it's so easy to get into those old habits again! Anyway - I'm not giving up but I figure it's not fair to have people put in new dates so I'm going to declare LindaH as the winner but you'll have to wait until I actually make it to 199 before I'll send out your package!!

Nancy - Sugar is very addictive and I am the number one addict. AND I understand that once it gets in it's hard to get it out. I'm trying to lose weight for my daughter's wedding and struggling to do so. How about we encourage one another into reaching that 199 goal. I could use some encouragement if you're game. You've come so far so I know you can do it!

Nancy it's just a little blip but you'll come back stronger and hit your target! I understand exactly what you mean about sugar, I've finally managed to cut out Diet Coke and that dreaded sugar is next on my list. Hang in there you've done so well.
