I decided against it as well. Watched a video and it just looks like too much work for me and my flowers never...ever...ever...turn out looking like they're supposed to. Also, I wouldn't have anyplace to display it either. Same as Linda...cottage house...no succulents here...they would freeze to death.

I had purchased this a while back - would I purchase it again knowing what I now know? Nope.

If anyone is thinking about it - the instructions are extremely minimal, I did watch the YouTube video several times and was still very frustrated. The picture on the kit is very misleading, they did a lot of coloring of the paper (some of it I still haven't figured out what they did!). One of the plants had a whole extra layer that wasn't shown in the directions, another plant didn't have all the leaves shown in the directions. They used white core paper and the way some of those succulents had to be folded creased the folds into the white center. I'm not sure how to even start putting the flowers on the wreath - no directions there either.

Anyway, I have always thought I was pretty good at making things like this, but boy was I frustrated on every type of flower included.

Enough of my ranting. Here is a picture of my box of flowers. I added the bling to the center of the yellow flowers as they look funny without them. I ended up throwing away most of the little cactus flowers, they just looked so bad.

Looks to me like you did a great job on the flowers! So sorry to hear that it was so frustrating for you. I would write them and let them know about the problems you ran into so maybe they can do a better job the next time....and maybe even do something for you.

Oh, Carol! So sorry that this did not turn out the way you envisioned, but Daria is right, these flowers are really beautiful. My heart goes out to you for the frustration from bad or incomplete instructions. I am sure you spent a lot of time on this project as well.

Maybe you can decorate your mini album, or a Mixed Media canvas and make something really beautiful with them. Something that makes your heart happy.

Well, the ones you kept are gorgeous - but I agree - write them! They need to know and maybe they'll respond with either more info (or something better)!

Well, finally bit the bullet and put this together. I never heard anything from Sizzix except for the automatic 'thank you for contacting us'. It was quite a job to put it together - hot glue gun a must, but a couple of my fingers got burned a few times!!

Any way here is the final product, not as bad as I had feared, looks okay if you don't look too close - lol.

I did put more bling and then when I was all done lightly sprayed it with glitter spray just because it needed 'something'.
