Good news. I've been trying not to do too much at one time and have been concentrating on just reducing sugar and eating a little less at night and I've lost 5 pounds back! Down to 209.6!!

Wow well done everyone ! I don't weigh myself but I can tell I've lost something lol I'm going easy with grains and just 'indulge' eating salads and meat/fish etc. I've also tried Indonesian tempeh which is a block of soya beans fermented together. Very dense and nutrition. We kinda follow 5-6 days being very good and then treat ourselves to something sugary. I also have been doing a veggie juice fast for one day every fortnight. That has helped a lot !

Nancy, you are so courageous to commit to this battle! And to share your struggle is something I would find very difficult personally, so I admire you for it. I hope and pray you will stay on track and get back to losing. No matter what, don't let frustration become a habit, either. As you look back you can see how far you have come. Celebrate the NOW and maybe energize yourself for the continued battle. Hang in there!
