I saw it first on MayMay's Blog and then saw some others on Youtube. Most were from 3 years ago, that's how I knew it was an older technique.

After seeing Lee's card and this morning's video I decided to look through my stash to see what I could come up with. Found some Tonic cutting dies that will work.

Made these for another challenge and realized that I did use one PW product on each of the so I decided to post them here. The flower dies and the Label and tag dies are from PW. Oh and the Distress Oxide Inks too.
