Default Storing Embossing Folders

I've been having fun with my new FUSE tool & thought I'd share what I've been working on - embossing folder storage. I got the idea from this u-tube video. She used 12" x 12" sheet protectors, but I chose to use 8 1/2" x 11", figuring they'd be easier to handle. For the standard A2-size folders, I got 10 folders on each side of a sheet protector (though I had to cannibalize several more to create the pockets). You can see how I did it on my blog, here - some pictures below:

The first picture shows one side of the page with my embossing folders. The next shows some of the folders flipped back to see the ones beneath. The last one shows a page that holds some border embossing folders & some little ones.

I, too, had seen that video Lee, but had no where to hang mine where they'd be convenient. I think that holder is easier to make (and less expensive), but this works when storage for a binder is easier to find than hanging space. And I feel much more confident with my Fuse tool now!

Heather, the right sized box sounds great if you have a place to store it. It's easier for me to find space for a binder or two than for a box right now. I used to have mine just stacked in a drawer. That really wasn't too bad, but I needed the drawer space for something else!

Great ideas ladies but I don't have a fuse...and not really sure I want to get one...I have my punches hanging in shoe bags on my available doors and my EF are all in binders made to store EF .

I'm not sure I would have paid full price for the fuse tool - but at half price, like I paid - I think it's great. I'm looking forward to making some fun shaker cards with it.

Nice idea. I have been using the boxes sold by a non-PW designer.

I made my own storage box covered with potentially using mod podge. I have had it for five or six years and when I packed it up it was still in great shape. I need another one since there are larger EF and mine is full. I made paper storage boxes the same way and still have those as well.
