Thanks, Rosie. Yes, the Sharpies & Bic Permanent markers both dried fine. (I had first tried with some other markers I had & they just wiped off no matter how long I left them.)

Made this 6 inch square hanging 'card' for my 17 yr old niece with Lyme disease, hopefully to cheer her and give Hope. PW pink frothy string and inks used on handmade book paper flowers- made and posted these flowers a few years ago , am still using them up! Mounted on thick chipboard. Also used my new Stitch Happy sewing machine on the papers... I see PW is selling this machine! I really like it once I got the proper weight of twine they recommend. I am still needing practice on straight lines LOL

I wasn't originally going to post this one but did use my Stitch Happy here too and twine. Pebble paper came from a 6x6 paper swap we did the MB members, think this one came from Carol? or maybe Cheryl. My memory is poor ...

What a neat idea with the hanging card, Heather! I don't remember sending out any pebble paper, but I HAVE seen it before so who knows? As always you're compositions are lovely. You really have a knack for the collage look that I wish I could borrow from sometimes!

Heather I like both of your hanging cards. What an encouragement, and a beautiful one! I hope your niece is getting the care she needs. I hope she responds to the treatment.
