Same here and I used it to help me keep track quickly if I ordered something or not. I sure hope it comes back.

I don't see my history and I do hope it comes back.

Default web page/message board

Sorry to sneak back in but I now see all the tips and techniques on the message board are gone. Big sigh I like to sort through them every once in awhile to see what might be of help...all gone

We haven't removed the hints and tips section - they should still be visible. Here's the link but you should see the Hints & Tips forum in the Other Topics section.

Wow. Talk about learning about change control the hard way! This is why best practice is to have separate development, test and production environments as well as a contingency plan so you can switch things back if things break. But that's water under the bridge now. I hope they are close to getting it all fixed.
I think this one will go down in PW history as the upgrade from Hell.

Judy - Jim said that exact same thing you did when I told him about the upgrade. My only question is....why would you risk an upgrade right before Christmas????

Yeah, I was wondering that as well. Really bad timing for an upgrade!
I'm in the process of upgrading two of our websites at work (one internal, one external) This is giving me plenty to think about, especially with the external one.

My Order History is back this morning but none of the new orders that I made are there. The payments were made to PW so I'm hoping they went through. Guess I'll check with CS on Monday.
