LOVE the plaid too!! Lovely fall card Rosie. the trailblazer accents are perfect !

I have ancestral roots in Scotland, and from a little girl always loved tartans/plaids/bagpipes/heather and did not know my the details of my Scottish ancestry until 10 years ago.

there are an endless amount of 'plaid' images on the internet, if you're ever needing the perfect pattern/color for your project. pretty much true of any textile as well (some wonderful snake skins).

I received my card from Jhamee - this one only took three days to get here (see September swap to see the reason I commented).

She used - PW - Almost Done (autumn/thanksgiving) paper and die cuts; Copper Harvest Dazzles, copper Jewel Dazzles and a stencil purchased from PW.

Nicely done!

I had a great mail day yesterday!!!!!

I've got that same 'almost done' set - great way to use those elements Jhamee.

And she remembered to add kitties to the card, Carol! Glad it arrived in good time!

Rosie, your card is very pretty. I like the plaid on the inside and the corner elements framing the cutaway label. Nice job.

Jhamee - your card turned out well. I like the focal placement, too.
So... your first card swap was a great success! Sure hope you will consider joining in the November Swap?
