Default Closed Captioning for Webisodes

Happy New Year!

I don't know if this is even possible or if its already built into the webisodes but can the webisodes have closed captioning? I thought this might be nice for any one who is hard of hearing. Right now til I get my computer fixed, I have no volumn. I want so badly to view the webisodes but my lip reading isn't all that good yet. I don't know if this isn't doable or not but thought I'd ask about it any way.
Thanks, PW, for the webisodes. Judi

Love that idea! My husband is hearing impaired, so we have cc on everything we watch, and I had thought of this when someone had posted they had a hard time hearing the webisode. I will pass your suggestion along, thank you!

I'm not hearing impared, but I still like using closed captioning. Seems like there's always so much comotion going on I miss what's being said half the time. And when I'm on the computer, dh is on his about 5 feet away, and he is usually watching a movie/cartoon or something. So that would be great if I could watch and read what they are saying!

Thank you, ladies. I was afraid that some one would think that my question was stupid. I,too, use cc every now & then. I'm losing my hearing & there are days when I need to read what people are saying. Thanks, Melissa, for passing the idea on. Judi

Judi, remember no question is stupid! My husband is losing his hearing and I am always tempted to put cc on - instead he asks frequently (and loudly) "what did they say?" Unfortunately, he's not ready to admit his hearing is failing. I think this is a great idea!

Thanks, Penny. I thought it was a good idea because there's a lot of people out there that shop at PW & can't enjoy the webisodes because they cann't hear them. Me, for one til I get the volumn fixed. I'd use cc even then so that I don't miss some thing. Thanks again, Judi
