Make sure you have downloaded the latest Adobe Flash Player. Make sure that all security software or browser plugins are set to allow Flash videos to load on the Webisode page. They may need to be disabled temporarily.

The low bandwidth for this week's webisode (Dazzle transfer sheet) still plays last week's webisode (2 envelopes template). The high bandwidth plays the correct one, but since I have s-l-o-w dial-up it will take me forever to download it.

Just wanted to say thanks again! My sister and I combine our PW orders and I added the set of transfer sheets and greetings Dazzles to the order after watching the webisode. I think I'm going to be using a lot of transfer sheets!

Me again! Thanks for fixing the problem with the brads webisode. However, the birthday cards webisode (the one after the brads webisode) is now fixed to play the birthday pages webisode. Guess they got them mixed up! Thanks for your help!

Oh no! That dreaded problem again. This happened before and I had to go through all the old video files to find it. I guess I just repeated the previous problem. I will get to work on it and keep you updated.
