Unhappy Volume 1212 - The members only item

So Friday I got my kit - today I went on to get the Vintage Card kit, and find out its no longer available

Is this common - since this is the third time I see something in my kit for members only, only to find its gone within days?

Oh well.

I have to go pick up my kit at the post office today. I'm not sure about quick sell outs. It may depend on how many get their kits first. You could ask customer service if that kit you wanted it come back in stock. Judi

I can understand why that kit's unavailable. It was very popular when it first came out a few months ago. I don't think PW was able to get a large number of them since it was also offered in England. In fact, this kit came from there. Makes it special in a way. May be it'll be back next fall/winter. Or may be a new vintage kit from England will be offered one of these days. Hope so. Judi

If that's any consolation I believe that the kit has sold out at Practical Publishing in the UK. I was trying to find it for a friend but it was gone on their website too

Fab, I'm not surprised. I love mine. Its so nice having the CD so that I can make several of the same design and not worry about running out of something. Judi

I'm so sorry we ran out of the Vintage Christmas kit. We worked with the UK magazine publisher, Practical Publishing, to create the kit. They sold it in the UK and we brought over hundreds of kits but quickly sold out. We can't get anymore. I really thought I'd brought in enough to last the season. To share this special kit, in the Personal Shopper newsletters I previewed it but, by the time the PS newsletters arrived, most of the kits had been sold then the rest were quickly gone. So much for my crystal ball ordering! I do not believe the kit will be reprinted but if we are asked to do another one, you can be sure I'll order more! Have a very Merry Christmas.

I found it on Amazon and ordered it I have heard nothing but wonderful things about this kit, so honestly paid a little extra.

Paulette - Thank you for responding. Its one of the reasons I so love Paper Wishes...the personalization you provide and your staff.

I think you'll love this kit once you get it. I was so pleased with mine. It does make such lovely cards. PW really knows how to treat their customers. Sort of wish that I lived nearby so that I could take them all Christmas cookies. Judi
