Default Best Customer Service in the Business!

Thanks Lori! I received my JULY PS EF shipment last week, and am happily crafting away! There was a problem with my credit card/bank info, and the shipment was held up. Then even once I fixed the info the shipment never arrived. After I received the September kit, I wrote to her asking for help. She was able to arrange for me to receive the kit AND the priceless newsletter. Thank you Lori!

PW Customer Service is definitely one of the most important factors in MY loyalty to your brand!

I have to agree with you Linda. Their CS is the best! When I was having all the problems with the USPS they came through for me. One of my main reasons for remaining loyal is the CS....there are of course other factors such as great product and friendly support. . This is something that is really missing today so I'm glad the PW has stuck with the Old Fashioned way of doing business and treating the customer right!

I agree whole heartedly! PW customer service is GREAT! I've had a few issues in the past & thanks to their great CS - everything turned out just fine.

LindaH - I agree - PW Customer Service is definitely one of the most important factors in MY loyalty to your brand!

I just have to praise PW Customer Service again! How they handle it is very rare but with the customer in mind. I bought some product from another company (PW doesn't carry it) and one of the items came broken and fortunately it was in it's own separate bag or the entire order would have been ruined! This was three weeks ago. I contacted them and still have not heard back. Now I have to take the time to contact them again in hopes that they will make this right.
