Default Huston, I need your help.

I have a problem that I've never had before. Yesterday I went to watch this week's webisode and it wouldn't load. All I get is the little circle that keeps going around and almost puts me to sleep. I also noticed on the home page Paulette and Gail's picture isn't in the webisode block. I really want to watch this webisode. Can you help me? Thank you for your help. Judi

Hey Judi - the webisode is working ok here and for a few others as well -- if nothing has changed on your end, have you tried just rebooting your PC? Sometimes I have to do that as something just seems to glitch...?

I haven't tried it yet this morning but yesterday I'd shut my computer down then come back to it a little later. Nothing worked then either. I'm really ticked because I really really want to see this webisode. Is it on youtube? Judi

If you are talking about Stolen Moments from 9/10, it is working fine for me. Hope you have it up and running. Another thing to try is to clean out all the temp files on your puter, sometimes too much useless stuff will slow down the puter..also could be your server was having problems that day with sloe upload... good luck lew

Hi Judi, All of the new Webisodes are hosted via Youtube now. It is odd that it would stop working for you. It sounds like the Youtube video is taking a long time to load.

I would suggest these steps whenever online video content stops working:

1. Make sure your internet browser is up to date.
Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome

2. Update your Adobe Flash Player.
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Check your connection speed to youtube.
http://www.youtube.com/my_speed
This should be at least 5Mbps or higher for fast video loading.

Let me know if you see any improvement with the updates.

Thank you, Huston. I wasn't able to view product demos today but its now working. I'm having trouble getting the webisode to load on the Paper Wishes web site. I'm going to try Youtube next. I will also follow your suggestions. Judi

Thank you, Huston. All I needed to do was update my Flash Player. I tried the other day but it wouldn't accept it. This time I did it from a thread you posted and it worked. Thanks again. Judi

Hi Houston, I hate to say I am also having trouble viewing webasodes. I am using a Apple IPAD. Never had troubles before. can you help me? Thanks Hun.
