Default Scrapbooking swap?

The card kit swap, and the fat pages swap I recently participated in got me thinking about a little action on the Scrappers side... Anyone interested in some kind of swap? Could be a border swap, or a page element swap, or a kit swap... I am open, but need some scrappers to play with!

Anyone?

I would play. I love kit wasps but then mailing 12x12 can be troublesome. What do you think about 4x6 frame swap? Maybe 2matching ones?

Frames? Can you describe?

Like photo mats only fancier. For example a 4x6 frame would hold a 4x6 photo but the outside edge might be 5x7 or 6x8 and would be decorated - perhaps a die cut frame or something pieced like the teabag folding frames or a plain frame that is decorated with due cuts and border Dazzles etc. I'm just thinking about this because it might be easier to mail than a 12x12 package.

Another way to ho would be to include elements for a page like die cuts ribbon stickers Dazzles paper pieces items photo mats or frames borders decorative corners.

If people are okay with mailing 12x12 we can do it. It would probably require going to the list office and normally I try to avoid that when I can.

I like the frames or page elements idea. Frames would definitely eliminate extra postage whereas page borders would need larger envelopes. I was picturing a mat with a hole cut for a photo to show through which is a technique I really don't use much... I like the decorative mats or frames as you describe them.

Maybe every other month? We could alternate with posting a challenge layout? Would that be an incentive to you to keep scrapping?

I was thinking you were talking about a swap. Were you thinking regular challenges as well?

Sounds like Linda is proposing a swap one month, challenge the next, then swap, then challenge. Sounds good to me I need to get back to scrapping.

Could we maybe start in April? I know I'm going to be out of pocket for at least a few weeks.
