Game Crazy sarabinder — By: Shauna Berglund-Immel

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Use a foam brush to apply black acrylic paint to the spine, the back surface, and 1” in from all edges on the front surface of the binder; let dry.
  2. Cut a 6 1/2”x5 1/2” piece of multi striped paper and ink the edges with black. Mat on white cardstock, trimming the mat to 1/16”, and ink the edges with black. Add one black mini brad to each corner, then glue centered on the front surface of the binder.
  3. Cut out alphabet tiles to spell “Game Crazy”, then alternate between glue stick and foam tape to attach the tiles centered on the upper portion of the multi stripes paper. Use a black pen to trace around the outer edges of the tiles that were attached with glue stick.
  4. Cut out the blue barcode and add one orange mini brad to each corner. Computer journal the name onto white cardstock, then crop and ink the edges with black. Glue the name over the “genuine birthday” phrase printed on the artwork. Glue the barcode in the bottom right corner of the multi stripes paper.
  5. Fill the inside of the binder with decorated dividers, lined papers and envelopes or pockets to store all the latest games. See below for a great project idea, or personalize the inside of the binder all on your own!
