“I'm So Glad We're Friends” — By Susan Cobb

Instructions

  1. Turn the card so the fold is at the left. Cut a 5”x6 1/2” lime/blue/yellow rectangle, tiles to spell ”you”, flower squares, blue and green tags, blue paper ribbon and the “friends” tag. Punch “smile” and “make me” into circles.
  2. Ink the edges of the “you” tiles and foam tape them evenly acros the top of the rectangle. Ink the edges of the paper ribbon and glue across the rectangle, 3 1/4” from the bottom. Ink the edges of the blue tag and foam tape “make me” to the center. Glue the tag over the paper ribbon. Arrange the flower art squares vertically in the lower left corner, with 5/8” of space between them and add a green standard brad to the space.
  3. Glue the “smile” circle onto a blue great big brad and add to a large white flower, then Zot™ to the lower right corner. Add green standard and mini brads to the right edge of the paper ribbon. Zot™ a knotted piece of white ribbon to the left side of the paper ribbon. Glue the rectangle even with the card front.
  4. For the inside: Ink the edges of a 5”x2” rectangle left over from the card front, and glue it across the center of the inside back. Ink the edges of the large green tag, add a mini brad to the top and glue it over the center of the rectangle. Foam tape a flower square to the bottom of the tag. Write or computer print “I'm so glad we're” on the remaining ribbon paper, trim, ink the edges and attach across the green tag, as shown. Glue “friends” to the inside beneath the tag.
