“Thank You” — By LeNae Gerig

Designer Tip: Express your gratitude with LeNae's lovely “Thank You” card–the glassine envelope inside makes a perfect place for a gift card! We love this feminine design for Mother's Day.

Instructions
For the Card Front:

  1. Place the card with the fold at the top and cover the card front with tan/pink floral paper. Cut a 5" square from the bottom right corner of the green striped/floral corner paper, so it includes the floral corner. Place the paper with the floral corner in the top left and mat the left and right edges on pink vellum, trimming the mats to 1/8". Glue the paper centered over the card front. Glue the “thank you” border cut-out across the bottom of the card front, trimming any excess even with the card edges.
  2. Dab a small amount of glue stick behind the “T” and the top right corner of the quote overlay, then adhere the overlay centered over the card front. Glue the circular pink flower cut-out over the top right corner of the overlay, covering the glued area. Attach a small pink silk flower to the left of the cut-out using an ivory mini brad. Add an ivory/pink flower brad above the silk flower and circular cut-out.

For the Card Inside:

  1. Glue a 3 1/2"x5" piece of green striped/floral corner paper over the left side of the card inside.
  2. Assemble a glassine envelope and glue it over the green paper. Use foam tape to attach the circular “Thanks” cut-out over the envelope. Write “for all you do” on the blank green striped tag and add a pink mini brad to the tab. Glue the tag at an angle to the right of the “Thanks” cut-out. Create a bow out of pink woven ribbon and use a Zot™ to attach the bow above the tag.
