Designer Tip: LeNae’s sweet and sparkly Princess
Party Birthday invitation takes just minutes to make —create it
for a birthday party invitation, slumber party or just for fun! You
can make two invitations from each Brad Buddies™ pack, and the
card only takes one sheet of 8”x8” paper, available in bulk.
LeNae adds, “Using some adhesive on the back of your Brad Buddy™
will keep it secure and in place on your card front.”
Supplies:
Instructions
- Cover the card front with dot paper. Cut a 1 ¾”x 6” strip of pink cardstock and cut a “V” at one end. Glue centered on the card front.
- Computer journal “Party” on orange cardstock, leaving room above the word for the Brad Buddies™. Cut into a 3 ¼” square and mat on white cardstock, leaving a 1/8”-wide mat. Attach the “Princess” Brad Buddy™ centered over the word “Party” and secure the crown as shown. (LeNae added Zots™ behind the Brad Buddies™ to keep them in place.) Tie a ribbon length on the “P” and a folded ribbon length at the top back of the square. Foam-tape the square over the pink paper strip.
- For the inside: Glue a 2 ¼” strip of dot paper across the center of the inside card back. Computer journal the party information and mat on pink cardstock. Embellish with the Wand Brad Buddy™, then glue inside the card.
